To close the account or cancel the Empower subscription, follow these steps:
- Go to the More section at the bottom right corner of the app, then tap on “Billing.”
- Tap on “Cancel subscription” at the bottom of the next page and complete the steps to close the account.
For Empower Card or AutoSave account holders, any remaining balance will be transferred to the linked bank account after all pending transactions are settled.
How To Delete Your Empower Personal Dashboard Account?
- Log into your Empower Personal Dashboard.
- Click the down arrow next to your name and select Settings.
- Scroll down and click ‘Delete User Account.’
- Enter your account password.
- Type ‘DELETE‘ in all capital letters to confirm.
