How To Cancel Care Of Subscription?
If your vitamin boxes are piling up, you can:
- Change Subscription Frequency:
- Website: Account > Manage Subscription > Edit > Edit Frequency.
- App: Orders at the bottom of the home screen > Next Order > Manage Delivery > Select next delivery date.
- Delay Next Box:
- Website: Your Plan Details > Edit Delivery > Select delivery date
- App: Orders at the bottom of the home screen > Next Order > Manage Delivery > Select next delivery date
To cancel your subscription:
- Website: Your Name > Account > Manage Subscription > Edit > Cancel
- App: Orders > Scroll to the Bottom > Cancel Subscription
Note:
- Canceling your subscription does not cancel any in-process orders. Any already processed orders will still ship.
- You can check the status of your subscription on the Upcoming Orders page.
- No need to email customer service to cancel.
How can I cancel an order?
Once an order is in progress, it cannot be canceled or changed. For a separate, one-time order, email hello@takecareof.com. Future orders can always be delayed or canceled.
