How To Cancel Care Of Subscription?

If your vitamin boxes are piling up, you can:

  • Change Subscription Frequency:
    • Website: Account > Manage Subscription > Edit > Edit Frequency.
    • App: Orders at the bottom of the home screen > Next Order > Manage Delivery > Select next delivery date.
  • Delay Next Box:
    • Website: Your Plan Details > Edit Delivery > Select delivery date
    • App: Orders at the bottom of the home screen > Next Order > Manage Delivery > Select next delivery date

To cancel your subscription:

  • Website: Your Name > Account > Manage Subscription > Edit > Cancel
  • App: Orders > Scroll to the Bottom > Cancel Subscription

Note:

  • Canceling your subscription does not cancel any in-process orders. Any already processed orders will still ship.
  • You can check the status of your subscription on the Upcoming Orders page.
  • No need to email customer service to cancel.

How can I cancel an order?
